operates outsourced purchasing contracts and undertakes other facility management services for major industrial plants in North America.
Our Brief:
Terrapin was asked to automate the purchasing cycle at plants operated by our client and so to minimise the cost of servicing requistions for work, parts and materials and to make visible the value added by the outsourced purchasing contract.
Our Solution:
We developed FacilityOnline, an internet based system which integrates the requistioner at an industrial plant with the supplier of the goods or services. The system comprises two requistioning cycles, one for costed items of expediture, the other for uncosted tasks.
FacilityOnline comprises:
