For non-commercial users of the File Server, support is available via email. Please complete the following form. Try to describe your problem as fully as possible. Include details of any error messages that you are encountering and, if appropriate, the name of the FTP client which is being used to connect to the File Server. Commercial users are also offered telephone support. Please refer to your license documentation for details.
