Enhancements between 2.1.1 build 1 and 4:

• improved logic in command 'Retrieve if newer' directory drag drop
• intermittent no response after cancel drag drop cured
• problem shutting down if View Window open cured
• the commands 'Retrieve and launch', 'Use as index' and 'View file' all work the same way with local files. The logic is: do I have a local copy? if yes, is it as new? if yes, use local copy
• greatly improved index file logic parsing occasional page fault when refreshing all
• subfolders in a Macro cured.

• resume transfer after close down - added to File...
• attempt to keep connection alive after comms failure
