Terrapin FTP comes with an HTML Link Checker that walks through your website page by page checking links to other pages or images. It will check that the links work not only on your computer but also when your website is up on the internet. All the common mistakes such as the case of file names and incorrect file paths can be detected.
As well as internal links the Link Checker can also check external links to other websites.
The Link Checker will report any errors found and will give you the option to let it fix them for you if you wish.
After your links have been checked a comprehensive analysis is generated for you to review. At a glance you can see:
- which pages link to which pages
- which pages use what images
- files that appear not to be used by your site
- links to other websites
- potential problem links
With a single double click you can drill down to particular links in your HTML code.
