Free telephone support is available for all pre-sales inquires and customers holding a Maintenance Contract. A Maintenance Contract provides:

  • priority support within the framework of a Service Level Agreement
  • upgrade protection. No charge is made for upgrades made during the term of the Maintenance Contract
  • discounts on Installable Services
